PVRQ Report/Query Writer Version 1.13 Release Notes

Enhancements included in this release:
1. Added the ability to link to the same table multiple times in the same
   report.
2. Added the ability to use the report writer with FACTS software.
3. Added options to the config screen to allow the user to specify a
   ProvideX program to be run when the report writer is terminated.
4. Added an option to the config screen to allow the user to enter the path
   where the data dictionary files reside.

Corrections made in this release:
1. Printing of string data with a mask was ignoring the mask.
2. String fields from linked tables were sometimes printing as very long
   strings when the linked table record wasn't found.  This caused some
   reports to skip lines.
3. Data elements defined with "substring" and "last substring" delimiters
   were not being handled correctly.
