PVRQ Version 1.22 Changes:

1. Removed the copy and delete options for users with "edit and run"
   privileges.  This privilege level isn't allowed to create reports, so
   these options should not be available to them.
2. Added an import/export option to the administrator's control panel. This
   option allows the user to import report specifications from another file,
   and to export report definitions to another file.
3. Added a formula assistant button to the column definitions screen for
   formulas.  When pressed it will bring up another screen that lists the
   data elements available, allowing the user to select the data elements
   desired to construct the formula without having to key in the data element
   names manually.
4. Changed the data element list boxes to list view format, to allow the user
   to sort the elements alphabetically by clicking on the column heading.
5. Added options to the configuration screen to hide any or all of these data
   types: compact dates, MAS90 dates, and YYYYMMDD dates.  This controls
   whether these data types will be available in the drop box on the column
   options screen, so users will not be confused by date formats that do not
   apply to them.
